Position Overview: 
As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. Your expertise in sales, team leadership, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the commercial restoration market
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of commercial sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, property managers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders in the commercial sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to make informed business decisions
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services, capabilities, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value to clients
  • Prospecting, cold calling, and field networking
  • Develop and maintain current business accounts
  • Participate in networking events
  • Diligent customer follow-up & follow through
  • On-going commitment to sales goals
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships
  • Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales leadership, preferably within the restoration or construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of insurance and property management industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness and ability to work nights/weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
